Our Cuts

Only the best cuts of prime beef is selected and served. Our steaks are so juicy and tender that they are seasoned simply with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper for we believe that is all that is needed to bring out the flavors of such quality beef.

 The FILLET steak is the tenderest cut of beef with an amazing distinct flavor. Try it to believe it!


With an astonishing flavor, the SIRLOIN steak is a cut of beef from the lower portion of the ribs. Although not as tender as the fillet, the sirloin makes up for this because many believe it is the most flavorful cut of beef.


The RUMP steak is the cut from the lower back and a little less tender than the sirloin.


The T-BONE is a cut of beef from the centre section of the tenderloin. Its bone resembles a T-shape hence its name. The T-Bone consists of meat on both sides. The larger side is the flavorful sirloin and the smaller side is the tender fillet.


The TOMAHAWK Steak is an on-the bone Rib Steak, cut from the Fore-rib with the entire rib bone left.


The COWBOY cut of steak is a bone-in beef rib-eye, is one of the greatest steaks.
